The short answer is No unless you are willing to spend a small fortune on custom-made multifocal colored contact lenses.

The main brands (Freshlook and Air Optix) offering affordable colored contacts don't even offer colored lenses for astigmatism anymore.

My advice would be to try a single vision colored contact lens and use eye glasses for either short or long vision, depending on your prescription.
