Yes you can buy coloured bifcoal contact lenses, although there is not a huge choice available, due to the fact that bifocal and multifocal prescriptions are more complicated versus standard prescriptions, so it's more expensive to produce the lenses.

You basically only have the option of buying custom made lenses as the popular coloured contacts like Acuvue Colours are not available in bifocal prescriptions.
